Everyone knows that if you want to make more sales of your own products then you need to have a good salesletter in place that converts your visitors into buyers.
You can have the best product in the world but if your salesletter isn’t up to scratch then you won’t make many sales.
You could hire a professional to write one for you if you had the money to do so ( which most of us don’t ) so , it’s probably a good idea to learn how to write a good salesletter yourself.
Every good salesletter needs:
An Attention Grabbing Headline
You only have a few seconds to grab your readers attention before they click off your page & go elsewhere so what you put in your headline will determine whether or not they scroll down the page to read more.
Some examples of good headlines to start with are:
=> Are You Tired Of
=> Here’s How To
=> Insider Secrets To
=> Discover How You
List The Benefits
Benefits are what sells products not features so it’s important that you make a bulleted list outlining the benefits of your product. What’s in it for your customers if they purchased your product.
If your product is about ” How To Write An Ebook ” for example then the benefits would be:
==> You get to add your affiliate links inside the ebook to make you more money
==> You brand yourself online as an expert in your niche which will create additional income streams for you
==> You can sit back and let your affiliates sell your ebook for you
==> You get more jv requests when you have your own product
Some Testimonials
People want to know before they buy that your product is useful & will be money well spent. If they see on your salesletter some testimonials from some happy customers who have already bought the product ,then they are more likely to purchase from you.
If your product is new & you haven’t made any sales yet then consider giving away a copy of your product in return for a testimonial. If you are a member of a good forum ask the other members if they would be willing to review your product , you may even end up with a new affiliate promoting it too.
Offer A Money Back Guarantee
Whether it’s a 30 day money back guarantee or a 56 day money back guarantee, it’s totally up to you but you definitely need to offer one as it will increase your sales.
If the customer knows they will get a full refund if the product wasn’t quite what they expected then there is no risk involved on their part & they are more likely to make the purchase.
Ask For The Sale
Don’t assume that all your visitors will know how to order your product. Some might be newbies that haven’t bought anything online before so give clear instructions of what is going to happen & what they need to do.
If you want them to click on the buy now button ask them to click on the buy now button. If they have to download some software to read the product then give them the link to download the software.
Try & make it as easy as possible for your visitor to purchase from you.
Add Some Bonuses
People want value for money when they are buying anything online so if you can give them some extra bonuses as an incentive for buying from you then you will make more sales.
Make sure it’s a quality product that’s relevant & if it’s an info-product your giving away make sure the license allows you to give it away as a bonus first before you add it to your salespage.

One of the best ebooks I’ve read on writing your own salespages is Randy Smith’s Salesletter ABC.
It guides you through the process of creating your own salesletter step by step & also comes with a very handy template that you can copy & paste your own details on to make the process a whole lot easier .
So, if you’ve created your first ebook and need a hand in creating your very own professional salesletter then I highly recommend you take a look at SalesLetter ABC.
Thank’s for reading
